Creating tickets in . Every row becomes one new ticket in the backlog of this space (no sprint), with status To Do.
Only Title is always required. The sample CSV includes every field this space shows on Create — Type, Priority, Team, Product Type, Combination, and any other custom field this space has added — each matched against this space's own configured options; leave a cell blank to use the default or skip it. For a multi-select field, separate multiple values with a semicolon (;). Assignee, Reporter, and any user-type field are matched by email against this space's members; Reporter defaults to you if left blank. Sprint is matched by name against this space's open sprints; leave blank to add straight to the Backlog. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD, or day-first DD-MM-YYYY (e.g. 09-12-2003 = 9 December 2003). Attachments are not supported here — add those after creating the ticket. Max 500 rows per file.
Editing this CSV in Excel: format the Start Date / Due Date columns as Text before typing into them, or Excel may silently rewrite your dates into a different format when you save. If a cell shows #######, that's just Excel's column too narrow to display the value — widen the column; the underlying data is unaffected.
An Upgrader is the person responsible for a given combination, one per role below. Pick from 's members, or type their email — leave blank for None. Changes save automatically as you leave each field.
